Learn More About Tax-Aide

AARP Foundation Tax-Aide provides in-person tax assistance to anyone, free of charge, with a focus on taxpayers who are over 50 and have low to moderate income. Tax-Aide volunteers are located nationwide and are trained and IRS-certified every year to make sure they know about and understand the latest changes and additions to the tax code. We offer in-person tax preparation help to anyone for both federal and Delaware state taxes. AARP membership is not required.

AARP Foundation serves as a one-stop resource for information. We also offer programs and tools that help older adults make the best decisions about their health and financial security.

Help your neighbors get the (tax) credit they deserve.  AARP Foundation Tax-Aide is looking for compassionate and friendly people to join our team of local volunteers for the upcoming tax season. Tax-Aide makes it easier for older taxpayers with low to moderate income to file their tax returns and get the credits and deductions they’ve earned.
